活動目的
Purpose of Activity
透過簡單、安全、具趣味性的踏步運動,提升長者的身體活動量,促進健康與身心活力。活動結合團體互動與身體訓練,讓參與者在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中,達到以下目標:
Through simple, safe, and fun stepping exercises, the program aims to increase the physical activity level of the elderly and promote their health and physical and mental vitality. The program combines group interaction and physical training, allowing participants to achieve the following goals in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere:
促進下肢肌力與平衡能力:藉由規律的踏步與方塊移動訓練,有效增強腿部肌力與關節靈活度,預防跌倒風險。
Promote lower limb muscle strength and balance: Through regular stepping and square movement training, leg muscle strength and joint flexibility can be effectively strengthened to prevent the risk of falling.
增進認知與專注力:活動設計包含方向變化與節奏調整,有助於提升長者的注意力與反應能力,延緩認知退化。
Improve cognition and concentration: The activity design includes direction changes and rhythmic adjustments, which helps to improve the attention and reaction of the elderly and slow down cognitive deterioration.
提升心肺耐力:透過有氧運動形式的反覆踏步,促進血液循環與心肺功能,改善整體代謝健康。
Enhance cardiorespiratory endurance: Repetitive stepping in the form of aerobic exercise promotes blood circulation and cardiorespiratory function, improving overall metabolic health.
培養規律運動習慣:提供可在家中持續進行的動作練習,幫助建立日常運動習慣。
Cultivate regular exercise habits: Provide exercises that can be practiced at home, helping to establish daily exercise habits.
促進社交參與與心理健康:藉由團體參與與彼此鼓勵,增強社會連結感,減少孤獨與焦慮感,營造溫暖支持的社區氛圍。
Promote social participation and mental health: Through group participation and mutual encouragement, the program enhances social connection, reduces loneliness and anxiety, and creates a warm and supportive community atmosphere.
